I had sent Leroy Diesel an email if He was going to do another run on the Time Keeper gear sets and He said most likely not.
He has to order in 200 sets at a time and it ties up his funds for too long.
There is some 6.2 and 6.5 groups on facebook plus Leroy uas a group in there too.
If You or anyone You know has a face book account then get into those groups and start a list of who else would order in a time keeper gear set and if there is enough interest in the sales of those sets then it might sway His mind into ordering in another batch.
I too had been looking for a set but Leroy had sold out. I started lists of who might want to order in a set and that was what inspired Leroy to order in another batch.
I dont quite remember but I think that the DB2 and the DS4 are the same its just that You dont install the spacer for the CPS when using them on the DB2 units.
Yeah, beauty of the db2- we can use either one for ours. Having the indicator for the crankshaft position sensor doesn’t get in the way of anything if you don’t use it. The ds4 has to have that included.
Frankly, batch orders of 200 are ridiculous. In this day and age, you can send off the drawings electrically to a variety of different shops and they can do anything from 1-offs to custom sized batches.
The place I use for all of my water/laser jetting just started doing 5-axis CNC milling jobs in custom batch sizes.

I can send You pictures of the uninstalled set that I have for the DS4, You could get the gears printed out and supply those people that would like to make that purchase.
Let Me know and I’ll get the pics off to You.
Let me know if there is anything special You need about them.
I asked Leroy if he'd be willing to share the drawings. Seems that if he's not going to do anything with them, giving back to the community would be the right thing. I actually did this same thing in the past with an adapter I made. My initial batch was for 10 units. After selling the 10, I had no interest in having them cnc'd anymore, so I just gave the step file to the community.
It appears that Leroy is unwilling to give the gear drawings to the community either. So, he's not going to make parts, nor will he share the files so others can. Pretty unfortunate approach.
