Hummer H1. The coolest truck you could ever own! Get ready to be an instant celebrity!
Are you currently single? If you drive this truck, you won't be. :)
I have 2 of this truck and it will not break my heart to let one go.

This was a 4door soft top that we converted to a 4 door slantback - steel roof, hatch and sponsoons from AM General with all the supporting hardware.

Electrical system is 12 VDC colored with functional CTIS

I believe it is an 03 hood - was never changed... But I'll here you out, what makes you suggest that?

The side clearance lights are the old (military) style and not the shaved flat marker/reflector combo like it has on the rear quarters. There's also holes for the reflectors on the side of the hood.

Probably original owner smacked it on something and just swapped in a hmmwv hood. The top grille looks a tiny bit caved in, possibly related?.

The exhaust stack that was added- looks like it was repositioned as some point.

is this a hmmwv shell with hummer title & doors? Or is this a hmmwv with hummer doors? 17 numbers on the vin? You have m998 listed also.

What type of paint is that- a diy bedliner? Looks like texture but I can’t make it out.

possibly... we painted the hood, but didnt change anything on it. I added the exhaust when I added the sponsoons and hatch were added in the conversion - yes 17 digit vin and color coded electrical - this was a civilian H1 4 door softop converted to slantback. The paint is a 2 part epoxy - we add silica sand so its not slippery when wet and a guy is trying to access gear in the roof rack.

The slant back on it is from early model humvees without an armor.
Pre 1992.
My question is,
If this was original soft top truck, u had to change A B and c pillars to put the hard top on it ?
It was originally woodland green color.
One of 5 open top trucks built in that color in 2003

Pics of engine? Pics of underside? VIN to see original color code and engine configuration? Close-up pics of paint and seams? Pics/videos of CTIS inflations and deflating tires? Pics of engine block number?

I wonder if this 2003 was like Franco's old 2002 LE Tenth Anniversary. It had the 92-01 side marker lights all around in what appears to be a factory installation. Maybe this 2003 only got the old side markers up front?

Still await a response.
